Every lot at Skyline includes: 6-foot redwood-stained cedar privacy fence, 8×15-ft custom iron gate with lock, 10×12-ft storage building, full water and sewer hookups, 20/30/50 amp electric connections, free WiFi, your own street address and mailbox, visitor doorbell, and trash service. You only pay for electricity separately.
